By using the WhatsApp Chat functionality on our website, You acknowledge and consent to the recording of the chat transcript & usage of the transcript data to provide you suitable quotation information. You also agree that all information regarding service-pricing & specific contract terms discussed on WhatsApp are strictly confidential between service provider & client or interested individuals. Vigilance 24×7 will not entertain or be held responsible for any breach of confidentiality or any 3rd party queries regarding aforementioned discussions with potential clients.

By requesting for a quotation through any means provided like: Quick Quotation form, Appointment Form, Chat, Phone Call etc. you consent to giving us the address where said service is required, the direct contact information of the concerned person in charge & providing the exact nature of the duties expected of the service personnel. All quotations provided to the concerned individuals are strictly confidential and are valid for only 7 days. Any breach of confidentiality of the provided quotation voids the validity of the document. Vigilance 24×7 is not liable to respond regarding any query in any quotation if such a query originates from a 3rd party or anyone other than the initial enquirer.

Site Surveys

Site surveys can be conducted on the request of the prospective client after he/she is satisfied with the quotation. However if the service location exceeds the normal serviceable distance from our offices; A refundable Site Survey-Fees will be charged. The current distance & rate applicable is:

If the quotation based on the survey is satisfactory & the prospective client chooses to avail the service, The Survey Fee is deducted from the first month bill. In any other case the Survey Charge will be NON-REFUNDABLE. This is to avoid dubious parties from misusing our services as we send company – qualified representatives to perform these tasks. All details regarding this fees will be provided to you at the time of providing the quotation.
